Terms & Conditions:	1- Our lawn card displays are the responsibility of the renter while it is on the assigned property. Please check the display immediately after it is viewed for the fist time. 2- The renter agrees to pay for any damaged items, whether taken as keepsake by anyone from the assigned property or by complete strangers. If unsure about the neighborhood integrity, the display should be taken down after use & put aside for pickup. 3- We are not responsible for fallen signs. We will do our out most to install the display but we cannot control the weather. In case of extreme wind conditions, the display should be taken down so it does not become a potential hazard until it subsides. If you prefer we can make an unscheduled service call to take down or reinstall a lawn card for $40. 4- Hello Pink Lawn Card Inc., its operators, contractors and employees are not responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by our displays. Children must not be allowed to run around the displays as some of the critters have sharp edges and can easily injure if fallen onto. Renters must use their best judgement on whether to leave a sign up in severe weather. We will generally extend a renal period at no extra charge if a sign is taken down for this reason. 5- Our inventory is constantly being renewed and added to. Therefore if we use a newer version, there may be some variations and visible improvements to an older version on our website. In other words, lawn cards may not be exactly as shown.
